SOC 2 is a technical framework that assesses the policies, procedures, and systems in place to protect information across five categories: Security, Availability, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality, and Privacy.

Copia has started pursuing its SOC 2 Type 2 compliance. Based on the successful completion of the Type 1 audit, SOC 2 Type 2 compliance ensures that the security practices remain intact over time. Copia expects SOC 2 Type 2 certification in early 2023.
