Meet the leadership team

Adam Gluck

CEO & Founder
Adam Gluck was an early hire on Uber's driver engineering team and later was the founding engineer on Uber's engineering strategy team. At Uber, Adam worked on multiple rewrites of Uber's driver app, the processes to ship the driver app to millions of drivers each month, and helped redesign Uber's overall microservice architecture. He founded Copia to bring the same best practices that top-tier engineering organizations use to the fundamental technology that runs our economy.

Adam was recently recognized in Forbes 30 under 30 2022 in the category of Manufacturing and Industry.

Matthew Lee

VP of Business Development & Cofounder
Matthew Lee gained his familiarity with manufacturing startups as the tenth employee and first account executive at Octopart, a search engine for electronic components. He oversaw key accounts (Fortune 500) and was the business lead for engineering and product. After Altium’s acquisition, he owned Octopart’s strategy for component manufacturers, which involved data services, CAD development, and new demand generation products.

He joins Adam on the list of Forbes 30 under 30 2022 for Manufacturing and Industry.

Ben O'Rourke

Chief Revenue Officer
Ben O'Rourke serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Copia Automation. Bringing over 25 years experience in global go-to-market and operational leadership across industrial automation, enterprise software, robotics, and manufacturing, Ben has held executive roles at Supplyframe, Plex, SAP and Rapid Robotics. Ben is a combat veteran and retired from the U.S. Marine Corps after 24 years of service as an officer. Ben holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science and English from the University of Notre Dame, and a Master's degree in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College.

Ben enjoys family life with his wife, 2 children, and 3 dogs in the greater Los Angeles area.
